China has numerous examples of intangible cultural heritage, including the Spring Festival celebrations, the martial art Taijiquan, and traditional techniques like tea processing and Chinese calligraphy. Other examples span traditional arts, drama, music, social practices, and festive events such as the Dragon Boat Festival and various forms of traditional dance, singing, and craftwork. Many of these are recognized by UNESCO, and China has the most items on its list of intangible cultural heritage.
