Child Safety Standards – TechCommerceMentor / Timeterest

1. Our Commitment

TechCommerceMentor ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to maintaining a safe and secure environment on our mobile application, Timeterest (www.timeterest.com). We have zero tolerance for any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).

2. Prohibition of CSAE

Timeterest explicitly prohibits any activity that involves or promotes child sexual abuse and exploitation, including but not limited to:

- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) Any depiction of a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct or behavior.
- Grooming – Building an emotional connection with a minor to gain their trust for sexual purposes.
- Sexualization of minors – Any content that sexualizes minors, including text, images, videos, or audio.
- Inappropriate communication – Sending sexually suggestive or explicit messages to minors.
- Solicitation – Requesting or attempting to obtain sexual content from a minor.

Violation of this prohibition will result in immediate account termination and reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or relevant law enforcement authorities.

3. In-App Safety Mechanisms

Timeterest provides the following in-app mechanisms to ensure user safety:

- In-app reporting: Users can report suspicious behavior, content, or users directly through the application's reporting feature.
- Content moderation: We review flagged content and user reports promptly.
- User blocking: Users can block and restrict communication from other users.

4. Method for Addressing CSAM

Upon receiving a report or becoming aware of any potential CSAM:

1. We immediately investigate the reported content or behavior.
2. We remove the content and suspend the associated account(s) without notice.
3. We file a report with NCMEC (cybertipline.org) as required by applicable law.
4. We cooperate fully with local and international law enforcement authorities.

6. Compliance with Applicable Laws

Timeterest complies with all applicable child safety laws and regulations, including but not limited to:
- The U.S. Protecting Children in the 21st Century Act
- The UK Online Safety Act
- EU Digital Services Act (DSA) provisions related to child safety
- Any other applicable local and international child protection laws

7. Reporting External to Timeterest

Users and third parties may also report concerns directly to:
- NCMEC CyberTipline: cybertipline.org or 1-800-843-5678
- Local law enforcement: Contact your local police department
